Day 42

Day 42. I am happy to report that my closet made a recovery over the weekend and my 'throw' basket is empty! It was easy to get dressed today with everything clean and put in it's place. Although I went for 'Style' today and not 'Convenience' I am comfy and I realize that is the trick I am trying to teach. That your style clothes can be as comfy as your convenient clothes. Just get rid of everything ratty! OK, that was a joke, after all the ratty stuff is usually our favorites, but if you mix it right you can be a DO and not a DON'T.

Anyway, I have done a little research since my sweaty debacle in Saturdays Yoga class. It occurred to me that my tank top and valour pants, (yes, of all fabrics I could have worn that day, I picked valour), were completely mis-shapen and hanging on me after they became drenched. I noticed that others had yoga clothes that retained their shape even when wet, and trust me I was not the only one whose downward facing dog was in a puddle.

Turns out there is a special fabric for this and we found it at New York & Company. Their 'In Motion' fitness collection features 'CityCool', an advanced wicking technology that draws moisture to the fabric’s surface where it quickly evaporates, keeping you cool, dry, and comfortable. It is a fabric that truly performs at yoga class, or the gym, and even looks good while running errands. This fabric is big in active wear, (who knew?), and usually very expensive, so take advantage of these fab-u-less prices!!!
