Wellness isn't just about check ups and the vitamins you pop at breakfast. It's about your habits. Do you eat when you're stressed?  Are you too tired at night to take off your make-up? Do you blow off your workout for any little excuse?  These are habits. Hard to break for sure. But also easy to create new ones and they say, (whoever they are), that it takes 40 days to form a new habit. So make a plan, make a chart, set your phone on reminder and pick a new habit for the next 40 days.  Something you would like to be more disciplined about, maybe 40 days without sugar, 40 days of sit ups, 40 days of parking 2 blocks away from your destination, etc., you get the picture, and if you don't, a girl can't go wrong with a good info-graph.
